The Commons at Unity & Flora is a gathering and event space in downtown Bellingham with an elegant, urban aesthetic, modern technology, a view of Mount Baker, and the warmth of your best friend’s living room, all under one stunning roof!

This unique loft venue boasts an open floor plan with a variety of configurations available to accommodate your event. The space offers an open plating kitchen with a WoodStone pizza oven, a modern bar to serve your drinks from, a cozy fireplace to gather around, custom lighting, large, luminous windows, artisan-made tables, and stylish chairs. The flexibility of this beautiful room makes it a great fit for both seated and standing events. The acoustics and domed ceiling lend themselves to concerts and musical celebrations.

The Commons will accommodate up to 120 folks seated and 175 standing, yet the feel is intimate and inviting and could be just as suited to a group of 10. We have hosted all manner of events in the Commons, including weddings, parties, retirements, memorials, meetings, dinner events, retreats, workshops, networking gatherings, concerts, movies, presentations, and non-profit events. When you step into the Commons at Unity & Flora you will be transported from the small city outside to the kind of big-city ambiance you would expect in Seattle, New York, or Los Angeles.
